Paul Cruz is a real estate agent serving the Charleston Tri-County area with the Fox Family Team at Carolina One Real Estate. Paul recently earned the SRES Designation, further strengthening his ability to assist older adults and families with downsizing, retirement transitions, aging-in-place considerations, and senior-focused housing needs.

Licensed for two years, Paul closed 20 personal transactions in 2025 and is a Certified Listing Specialist with the Fox Family Team. He is part of a top-producing team that completed 152 transactions in 2025, earning multiple performance awards within Carolina One and the Metro North office.
